Credentials

Dr. Chopra is the author of more than 160 archival journal papers. He is a fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics the American Helicopter Society, ASME and NIA. He is also the Program Head of Army's Army's Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative (MURI) on "Micro Hovering Air Vehicles: Revolutionary Concepts and Navigational Advancements."

Dr. Chopra is the former associate editor of the Journal of the American Helicopter Society, AIAA Journal of Aircraft, and the Journal of Intelligent Materials and Systems.
