Dr. Strickland is a Career senior intelligence officer, attorney and information technology professional. He has been involved in additional service as Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. He has also served on assignment to U.S. Marine Corps and Joint Special Operations Agency (Department of Defense). He has been awarded the Intelligence Commendation Medal (CIA). His publications include "Information and the War Against Terrorism," "Were American Intelligence and Law Enforcement Effectively Positioned to Protect the Public?" "New Information-Related Laws and the Impact on Civil Liberties."
