Effective today, June 23, 2008, award transactions created in the Coeus Proposal and Award System and approved by the Office of Contract and Grant Accounting, will automatically generate and send a detailed email of the award action to the Principal Investigator and to Departmental Contacts contained in the Coeus System. The information will be contained in the body of the email.
We are in the process of terminating the generation of the "Pending Award Closeout" emails from the old RAA system. User should disregard any emails from the oraa@umdmvs.umd.edu address. If changes need to be made to the departmental contacts in Coeus, email coeus-help@umd.edu to request those changes.
