You are invited to join Lisa Porter, director of IARPA, a new cutting-edge basic research agency for the intelligence community for a discussion of agency program directions and priorities. IARPA is charged with developing groundbreaking technologies for the U.S. intelligence community and consolidates the National Security Agency's Disruptive Technology Office; the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's National Technology Alliance; and the Central Intelligence Agency's Intelligence Technology Innovation Center.

Prior to this position, Lisa Porter was the Associate Administrator for Aeronautics Research at NASA and a senior scientist in the Advanced Technology Office of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Lisa has a bachelor's degree in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a doctorate in applied physics from Stanford University.
